- The guarantee is for debossed 100% silicone wristbands only. No screen printed, etched, color-filled, multi-color, or marbleized wristbands receive this guarantee.
- The guarantee applies only to stock colors that Reminderband® carries. If you would like a custom color we will beat the competitors price plus an additional $.25 per wristband for a custom color.
- The guarantee applies to orders of 1000 silicone debossed wristbands or less.
- Reminderband® will take into consideration extra fees and shipping costs that competitors are charging when calculating a lower per band price. For example if a wristband company offers 500 wristbands at $.30 and charges a $200 setup fee and $100 for shipping, then Reminderband® will guarantee that we will beat the total order price by 5%, not just the wristband price of $.30 by 5%.
- Lowest pricing guarantee is only good for new orders. You will not receive a discount on previous orders.
- Customers must contact a Reminderband® customer service agent before ordering to receive the low price guarantee. Orders placed without first getting a low price guarantee will not be eligible for the low pricing guarantee.
Fastest Shipping Guarantee
If you select priority shipping Reminderband® will guarantee that your order will arrive at your shipping address in 6 business days or less, or your shipping is free.
- The free shipping guarantee is only for priority shipping. It does not include international shipping, standard shipping, or express shipping.
- All orders outside the U.S. are not eligible for the fast shipping guarantee. Orders outside the U.S. are required to select international shipping
- The shipping guarantee assumes that payment is verified the same day the order is placed. If payment is not verified the same day, then the shipping guarantee starts from the day payment verification is received.
- The shipping guarantee assumes that the customer has given the correct delivery address and is available when FedEx attempts to deliver the shipment. If the 6 business days are exceeded because FedEx attempts a delivery and the customer is not available, Reminderband® will not reimburse shipping costs.
- If you find a silicone wristband company that can create the same quantity of custom silicone wristbands and deliver them to your door faster than Reminderband® Priority shipping we will give you the shipping free!
- You will not be eligible for the free shipping guarantee if you use PO boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. These addresses are considered undeliverable by FedEx.
Best Quality Guarantee
Reminderband® Guarantees the quality of our wristbands. All our wristbands come with a 30 day money back guarantee, if you are not satisfied with the quality of our wristband.
- The 30 day money back guarantee is for the quality and workmanship of the wristband only. If you are not satisfied with the size of the wristband or the color of the wristband this does not constitute a lack of quality or workmanship. Colors on computer monitors and colors in various mediums, like silicone, may vary slightly from the actual color you are looking for. Please contact us to get a sample when in doubt. Sizing can be checked using our sizing document.
- If you are not satisfied with the quality of your wristbands, then it is your responsibility to return the wristbands to Reminderband® before receiving your money back. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
- We can not guarantee priority delivery on wristbands that are color-fill, custom color, marbleized, or non-stock artwork. Due to the uniqueness of these orders they require longer production times.
